LAST RITES

Identified Bodies

Support to the financially deprived persons irrespective of Religion or Caste in performing the Last Rites either cremation or burial of the mortal remains of their deceased Kin.

This amount for the last rites is paid before the completion of the Rites or as a reimbursement of the expenses incurred depending on the intimation of the death and submission of necessary documents.

Kainkarya Charitable Trust collects the following documents:

1. 1. A written request to the Trust mentioning the occupation and income details and requesting to support them financially.
2. 2. Filled in Application of the Trust.
3. 3. Copies of Aadhaar Card of both deceased and the Kin.
4. 4. Certificate from a Doctor or Hospital declaring the death of the deceased.
5. 5. Ghat Receipt for completion of the rites.
6. 6. Bank Pass Book Cover Page.

Soft Copies of the above documents are accepted through Whatsapp.

Amount of Aid to be provided shall be paid by way of Bank Transfer to Account of the Kin. Cash Payments will not be considered.

These documents with original written request, Application form and Trust Disbursement voucher duly signed have to be sent to the Trust Address by Courier or Speed Post to ensure deliveries.

Unclaimed Bodies

Kainkarya Charitable Trust provides an honourable funeral for the mortal remains of unidentified or Unclaimed persons through the person(s) identified by the respective Police Stations. These remains are laid to rest with necessary offerings to the Almighty.

Education

Support to the financially deprived persons irrespective of Religion or Caste in educating their Child or Children at School or College Levels.

Kainkarya Charitable Trust collects the following documents:

1. 1. A written request from the Parent to the Trust mentioning the occupation and income details and requesting to support them financially.
2. 2. Filled in Application of the Trust. Can be downloaded from Downloads section here.
3. 3. Copies of Aadhaar Card of both the parents
4. 4. Copies of Aadhaar Card of Child/Children
5. 5. Identity card of the Child/Children
6. 6. Bona-fide Certificate from the Educational Institution certifying the student studying in their Institution, Term wise Fee Payable, Paid by the parent and balance payable for the student.
7. 7. Copies of Report Card(s) of the previous held Exams.
8. 8. Account Details of the Institution for transfer of Fee Amount.

Transport Fees or Bus Fees is not borne by the Trust.

Amount shall be disbursed to the Institution’s Bank Account Only.

Amount shall not be paid to the parents.

No cash disbursements.

On disbursement of the Aid amount, Hard copies of these documents with original written request, Application Form and a Trust Disbursement Voucher duly signed have to be sent to the Trust Address by Courier or Speed Post to ensure deliveries.

Food For Needy

Kainkarya Charitable Trust supports by providing Food to the Needy in various ways. We distributed food packets to the homeless and jobless on the streets during lockdown.

We also support Old Age Homes and Children Homes occasionally by supporting for their food.

Medical Aid

Support to the financially deprived persons irrespective of Religion or Caste to meet their medical expenses to the extent possible by the Trust.

A written request from the person or the family in need and their requirement details with necessary Doctor and/or Hospital Reports and amount required are to be submitted to the Trust for its consideration and support.
